Our hands-on seasonal workshops celebrate the flowers grown here at Greenfinch Farm.
From freshly picked blooms to dried and preserved flowers, each experience is inspired by what’s growing throughout the seasons.
Workshops may include:
- Floral arranging & bouquets
- Flower crowns & wreath making
- Flower pressing & dried flower creations
- Floral table styling using seasonal farm-grown blooms
- Botanical painting inspired by our flowers
- Flower-inspired gift making using our farm-grown blooms
Workshops are held in small groups and change with the seasons.

Dahlia Tuber Sale
Grow your own piece of Greenfinch. Our annual Dahlia Tuber Sale is on Saturday, 19 September 2026, from 10am to 3pm, with a beautiful selection of farm‑grown varieties ready for your garden. Limited quantities available — once they’re gone, they’re gone. If you can’t make the sale, you can pre‑order your tubers through our online store.
Spring Flower Season
Our spring season runs from October to November and brings six weeks of ranunculus, stocks, snapdragons, larkspur, and other early blooms. The fields are full of colour and texture, creating a beautiful Pick‑Your‑Own flower experience. Exact dates will be confirmed soon, and bookings will open once the season is ready.
Summer Flower Season
From December to April, the farm comes alive with dahlias, zinnias, strawflowers, marigolds, and more. This long summer season offers vibrant, abundant blooms and a relaxed Pick‑Your‑Own experience across the flower fields. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to opening, with bookings available once the season is set.
Farm Workshops
We run hands‑on, seasonal workshops here on the farm, offering practical sessions in flower growing, harvesting, and arranging. Each workshop is held in small groups and designed to share skills, inspiration, and the beauty of seasonal blooms. Keep an eye on our socials for upcoming workshop announcements.
Paint, Snip & Sip
Slow down and soak in the beauty of the farm with our Paint, Snip & Sip sessions — a relaxed, creative experience held among the blooming flower fields. Wander through the rows, snip your favourite stems, then settle in to paint your own nature‑inspired artwork surrounded by colour and fresh air. Each session is hands‑on, calm, and designed to help you connect with the landscape. You’ll take home your finished artwork along with a freshly picked vase of flowers. Paint classes are seasonal, and upcoming dates will be announced soon — keep an eye on our socials for updates.
