Description
A beautifully formed white ball dahlia, L’Ancresse produces neat, rounded blooms with a clean and timeless appearance. The flowers are predominantly pure white, though they can occasionally develop a delicate lavender blush through the centre as the season progresses.
Introduced by English breeder Norman Flint in 1982, L’Ancresse has become a well-regarded variety among dahlia growers and exhibitors. Its elegant form and reliable stems make it equally suited to the show bench and the floristry trade, where its classic white colouring works beautifully in arrangements.
