Description
A gorgeous medium decorative dahlia, Winkie Rhubarb produces rich rhubarb-red blooms with soft buttery-yellow ripples running through the petals. Its colouring gives each flower a warm, nostalgic quality, with the blooms becoming lighter and developing more apricot tones as the season progresses.
Bred by John and Anne Menzel of Winkie Dahlias in South Australia, Winkie Rhubarb is a prolific bloomer with excellent stems and flowers throughout the season. Its distinctive colouring makes it a beautiful feature flower, while its strong stems and versatility make it an excellent choice for cutting.
