Description
A cheerful Australian-bred small decorative dahlia, Formby Delight produces glowing bright-orange blooms with warm golden undertones. Its vibrant colouring brings a beautiful burst of warmth to the garden, while its long, strong stems make it particularly well suited to cutting and floristry.
Bred in Tasmania by George Harding in 2009, Formby Delight has proven itself both in the garden and on the show bench, having achieved major success at Tasmanian shows. It is a tall-growing variety with a striking presence, although it is known to be a somewhat shy bearer and does not produce large quantities of flowers.
